Why did the price change?

After years of maintaining ultra-competitively low prices, increasing server costs, storage costs, inflation, and competitive pressures made it necessary for Seller Labs to institute new packaging and pricing to continue providing world-class services to our thousands of global customers.

What’s different with the new pricing?

Seller Labs new pricing and packaging provides greater flexibility and more choice for customers. We have introduced a free option to provide smaller customers the ability to gain access to industry-leading tools to stay competitive as they scale. We’ve switched from annual to monthly revenue thresholds and broadened our tiers to better accommodate seasonal sellers and be more precise in our pricing.

What happens if my monthly revenues fluctuate seasonally?

Our monthly pricing will mirror your monthly revenues. If your revenues goes down to a lower tier, you’ll pay less. If you’re a seasonal seller who only has a couple big months a year, you’ll only pay the higher price in those months. That’s the beauty of monthly pricing!

Can I upgrade to a bundle if I start with a single product?

Of course you can! And we offer a generous discount to get the bundle too.

Can I downgrade from the bundle to a single product if I don’t think I need all the features?

Absolutely. Unlike other companies who lock you into bundles for a year or more, you can switch anytime between a bundle and a single (or more) products.

How long can I stay on the free version?

Customers can enjoy all Seller Labs products until they reach a total lifetime revenue on the Seller Labs platform of $30,000. After which, they will graduate to the appropriate tier which corresponds with their monthly revenue.

How many Amazon (venues) marketplaces can I connect to my Seller Labs account at a time?

Unlimited

How many marketplaces are supported by Seller Labs?

10 – US, Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, and Australia

What happens to my data when I cancel my service?

Your data is permanently deleted after 180 days

What happened to my “lifetime” coupon or other promotional discount?

Legally the Seller Labs entity changed and is under new ownership, but wants to support customers through the transition and will work with customers to ensure they are looked after.

We wanted to offer a more flexible solution to accommodate even more Amazon sellers with our world-class tool. The changes introduce greater flexibility, more simplified plans, bundle discounts, and a new free option.

How do these changes impact me?

All Seller Labs customers will continue receiving the world-class tools and customer service they’ve come to rely on. Based on the prior month’s revenue, Seller Labs customers will receive their service at the new monthly price. For customers who stick with the bundle, they will automatically receive a 20% discount off the list price.

What are the benefits of the new change?

Benefits of the new packaging include:

New Free Option: Perfect for smaller sellers, our new free tier provides access to essential Amazon tools to help you scale your business without added financial pressure.

Greater Flexibility: Choose and pay only for the tools you need. No longer will you be required to purchase an all-inclusive plan if a single product fits your needs better.

Simplified Plans: We’ve transitioned from annual to monthly revenue thresholds and broadened our tiers to better accommodate seasonal sellers and offer fairer pricing.

Bundle Discounts: For those who want multiple tools, our bundle option provides a significant discount when you subscribe to all our products (Feedback Genius, Ad Genius, and Profit Genius).
